My bro suffering Dengue, yesterday his platelets decreased to 10000, yesterday platelets (sdp) given to him. But now from morning is suffering from vomiting and loose motion. Can you please suggest any solution...

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Ask him to take a tab. Pazom-D twice a day half an hour before food and ask him to drink plenty of fluids and also have a soft diet. My advise would be to get him admitted for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
