Hi doctor, Im suffering from fever past 3 weeks . It will be for 2 days and fever is coming after a week. From 2 days I'm having fever now. We had dengue test ns1 antigen elisp is positive iGm and iGg is negative . Platelet is 2 lakhs and wbc is 3000 . One doctor said dengue early infection and other doctor said no dengue. Please let me know what is the problem.

HELLO, WHAT EVER THE DOCTOR SAYS TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. COMPLETE BED REST. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D.. O.K BYE
