  3. Dengue fever. Any other suggestions?

Dengue fever
Having fever for past 5 days. Doctor gave some antibiotics & paracetamol. Second day his fever was as high as 105. Today morning his fever is down (under 99). But we got the dengue test done today and it shows positive. Platelet count just above one lac. We are doing platelet test everyday. Any other suggestions?

Continue doing platelet test every day. Take plenty of fluids and juice of papaya leaves which is said to increase the platelet count. If there are signs of any bleeding immediately get admitted to a hospital and see your doctor regularly.
