Blood report of my wife (25 years old ) reveals Dengu Ig G : not detected Dengu Ig M : not detected Remerks : NS 1 detectd What should I do? If hospitalization is necessary???

Hello there. I can understand your concern. NS1 antigen is positive that means you can in a way, confirm the diagnosis of dengue. But hospitalization and other things are to be decided based upon the condition of the patient and also tge platelet count. Kindly consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Drink lots of water. Take precautions against mosquitoes. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
