Hospitalisation is only for symptoms and platelet count.
Please get her seen by physician, he or she will suggest on further action depending on the findings!!

I can understand your concern.
NS1 antigen is positive that means you can in a way, confirm the diagnosis of dengue.
But hospitalization and other things are to be decided based upon the condition of the patient and also tge platelet count.
Kindly consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Drink lots of water.
Take precautions against mosquitoes.
