Delayed periods
Hello Doctors,
I am a 36 yrs old (single) woman. My periods are usually regular but this time it is delayed by around 10 days. Since 2 days I feel a lot of itching in the vaginal region and the breasts. I feel soreness in my nipples as well since today. I am not involved in any sexual relationship so there is no chance I can be pregnant.
Is there anything i can do to get periods naturally? I really hope that I am not running into early menopause. And that it's not a sign of some disease.
Please advice.
