Delayed periods after contact

Madam, My wife's periods is delayed by 4-5 days. We have been planning for kids for the past few months and had few contacts during her last ovulation cycle. For the past 5-6 months, her periods had been normal begining on 27-28th day. This time, She has mild stomach aches intermittently on the left bottom side of abdomen along with vaginal itching. She is even having vomiting tendencies and gas troubles/bloating in between. Can this be an early symptom of pregnancy? Please note that she is not finding any other commonly seen symptoms such as spotting. Also not sure if our contacts were successful as most of the times we make contact, a bit of semen usually residues around the vaginal area. Thanks
