Delayed menstruation during lockdown
Hello I've been home for last one and a half months. My period is 10 days late now. There is no change of pregnancy, since I got down before my last intercourse. Can the physical inactivity or stress of no socialization during lockdown be the reason of delayed periods? Also what do I do? I'm scared that I may be physically sick. It's also affecting my mental health. Kindly guide. Thanks
