Hii.my 2 year boy not speaking yet.he is living with single family most of time.his eye contact with others than me less.pointing with index finger is low.but his other milestone are achieved at proper time.now he is on speech therapy.please suggest me is this symptoms are develop due to living alone or is cause of concern
