Delay in periods
1) I have started exercising since a week. I think due to this, There is delay in my periods. 2) Also i have backpain and muscle pain due to it. Should i continue to exercise or take a break for some days. Please advice. 3) Also advice how can i get my regular periods back to normal. Are there any specific foods i can consume for it?
