Hello, During early menarche period irregular period is common due to immature hypophyso-ovarian axis. The other causes are extreme weight loss or weight gain excessive exercises, stress. Even due harmonal imbalance (polycystic ovarian syndrome) person will have irregular periods. You consult gynaecologist n,ultrasound is required.
