Deformed duodenum cap
Sir my mother have deformed duodenum,pseudodiverticuli, 41 year old multiple erosion in d1. Rut:+ve 10 days triple therapy also taken and other medicines for 2 month also prescribed... After the report... Now she is fine sometime after eating rich meals, acidity happen . I want to know is this very serious condition...  Or something suggestion Previously treated with ulcer

If she is otherwise asymptomatic now there is no need to worry about. Pseudodiverticula if asymptomatic is again a benign pathology.
Next Steps
Meet a local medical gastroenterologist if symptoms recurrs. If she develops severe pain or vomiting you may have to consult a surgeon at earliest.
