At age of 25...with injury to malleolus..DVT is unlikely ..get an x-ray first.and consult orthopedician....if u still have doubt .get venous Doppler ..if not available .do ddimer test and consult surgeon .thank you

its not only u have injury and u develop DVT , it should be various test clinically to rule out DVT ....
