Day dreaming
I indulge in imaginary situations in life- sad and happy, where I am predominantly centre of attraction. I talk to people, laugh, cry and physically and mentally feel whatever I am imagining. It will go on for hours too. Most of the time triggered by music. Post the dreaming, I feel ashamed of myself for being like this and for wasting time. It is literally eating my peace of mind. Nevertheless it has been there from childhood. I feel caged with this habit. I think i will overcome but then When it happens, it seems perpetual.
