Daughter's fever
Hi my 3.5 years daughter is getting fever in every 3 4 months along with cough and cold, our doctor says this is a sort of seasonal fever and it is cured by giving her paracetamol only ,nothing more.
After having paracetamol she behaves normally for 6 to 8 hours. We had her blood and urine test too but nothing found
