I am taking Dasatinib 100 mg for 6 months but due to side effects I switched to Dasatinib 50 mg from last 1 months , i am feeling weakness and fatigue and gastrointestinal issue

These are not worrisome side effects which you have mentioned. Did you reduce the dose yourself? If so please discuss with your treating doctor. If doctor has reduced it should be for significant grade 3 adverse effects. Is there any breathlessness. Pleural effusion or pericardial effusion on X ray or echocardiogram.
It would be useful to know your BCR ABL IS% at 3 months.
If there are no serious adverse effects not recommended to reduce to 50 mg.
GI side effects to be managed by taking H2 antagonists. Avoid proton pump inhibitors. Can take antacid syrups.
