Dark yellow urine from last 4-5 days and little bit yellow eyes with itchiness in corners and one more problem also having stress and pain in brain muscles and eyes get closed automatically and feels like I will lie now and becomes normal after 9-10 seconds

Get liver function test as there are yellow urine and bit yellow eyes for exclusion or confirmation of jaundice.
Have also urine examination and blood counts to make the diagnosis
