Thanks for posting your concerns. You need undergo series of Glycolic peels at least 6 sessions to clear all the pigmentation. Also there is another option either with Q switch Lasers carbon peel or IPL 530 nm handpiece

Hi from the look,you would need couple of peels and may be some medicines as well.treatments lasts forever only if the underlying cause can be treated completely.your dermatologist would access your pigmentation and take relevant history.then only it will be possible to predict the results.
