Sir I am 17 yrs old since from 4 yrs I am suffering from acne problem there are many small holes and dark spots on my face I have lost all my confidence i have used many skin products like dermadue , niogel

Use Salicylic acid cleansers twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime over pimples for 2-3 wks. Use sunscreens during daytime.
You may have to treat acne on and off as it is age related.
