Dark Spots on Back and Shoulder

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, I'm 30 year old male. I had this problem for more than 10 years. These dark spots are all over my back. Sometimes they look very dark and prominent and sometimes not so much. I use fresh towels and bedsheets but it hasn't reduced at all.
