Dark patches on lips

Two dark brown patches on my bottom lip I've never felt so ugly help me please I'm begging they are darker now than the photo I took I couple days ago

Any history of tobacco usage like cigarette smoking etc.??? Racial pigmentation in the form of melanosis can sometimes be focal also. You should get yourself examined by an oral pathologist or a Dermatologist regarding this problem. Corrective measures are possible for this but the right treatment can be suggested only after the right diagnosis has been established. Regards.
