Hello doctor
Im 28 yr female having dark circle since 15 yrs and i wear spectacles since 10 yrs. No relief from eye cream and home remedies. Having dry eye issue.
Please suggest

Hi.Periorbital darkening may be hereditary or may be acquired or secondary to a vascular cause.Chemical Peeling and under eye Serum therapy with Dermapen /Dermaroller is known to give satisfactory results.However it's difficult to get rid of them completely. Consult your Dermatologist about the above mentioned treatment options.
