Hi. Greetings. Dandruff or Seborrhoea capitis is commonly a part of seborrhiec dermatitis which is involvement of the back and shoulders also. You may also be having something called pityrosporum folliculitis. All of these worsen due to fungal colonization and you ll need an antifungal shampoo or even oral antifungal treatment.
