Dandruff problem
Suffering from dandruff due to which there are itching on my neck shoulder and back with spots. Plz tell me the solution.

Hi. Greetings. Dandruff or Seborrhoea capitis is commonly a part of seborrhiec dermatitis which is involvement of the back and shoulders also. You may also be having something called pityrosporum folliculitis. All of these worsen due to fungal colonization and you ll need an antifungal shampoo or even oral antifungal treatment. Would advise you to meet a dermatologist near you for an examination n treatment. Hope this helps. Dr Govind S Mittal
