Dandruff for 1 year
I have very dry itchy and dandruff scalp since a year. No shampoo work. It gives only temporary effect. Suggest shampoo for severe dandruff and hairfall .age 27 femals

Provide with photos . What you think is severe dandruff could be scalp psoriasis too ! Do not self medicate. It is advisable to send the photos of your scalp and get a detailed evaluation done atleast once.
