Dandruff and hairfall
Am facing severe dandruff problem and its greacy dandruff due to this am facing huge hairfall, even I tried almost every medicated shampoo available in the market.
Please help me to get rid of this problem.

Shampoos containing Ketoconozole and zinc pyrithione weekly thrice should be used to prevent recurrences . Avoid oiling the scalp as it can aggravate dandruff. Stress if any needs to be managed well. When the dandruff gets severe you need more medications for which you need proper treatment from a dermatologist nearby.
