PCOD is the root cause for many of your problems so u need to take proper medication for it. We have very good management for such hormonal problems in ayurveda. Consult doctor once and get better suggestions. Regarding dandruff n hair fall,  it is possible with different reasons so we need to find out the reason and  clear it to get permanent effect. Preferably application of medicated oil over scalp and washing with medicated shampoo will be the treatment but selection of medication depends on exact cause which can be decided after examination.
