Daflon 1000mg and dolo 650 for piles
I am taking daflon 1000mg( twice a day ) and dolo 650 and anobliss ointment for haemorrhoids with some ayurvedic treatment, after bowel movement i used to get prickly pain inside anal ..no blood wastage.

You may continue the medication as advised.
Prickly Pain inside the anus may be related to piles/hemorrhoids as well as a fissure.
Next Steps
Sitz bath (warm water with 10 ml betadine) 2-3 times a day
Escot ointment for local application
Health Tips
High fibre diet- plenty of fruits and vegetables
Avoid fatty and spicy food
Drink lots of water
