Dad urinates frequently, gets heartburn

Asked for Female, 16 Years

My dad’s a doctor, he should know better than anyone to get frequent checkups when he’s not feeling better but he’s so stubborn. I see him many times getting heartburns, his stomach has gotten really big I often joke that he’s pregnant, he’s also urinated frequently. Often he can’t sleep properly at night and in the morning when I talk to him I notice that his eyes are always red. Please help I’m only 16, he doesn’t listen to me.
