Cystocele query
Hello,I have detrusor underactivity(diagnosed in urodynamics)I double void (sometimes triple void) and cystocele,also I use tab Veltam0.4 mg
I had a GI surgery on 22.08.2023(discharge summary attached)..At that time cystocele(report attached) was not too big,which is why the doc didn't repair it..Now I'm having problem of incomplete urination and a feeling that vagina is moving ahead(i dont knowbhow to explain but im having prob)..There is no visible bulge..
Are my symptoms due to increased cystocele?Kindly reply
Also i would like to know how to reduce cystocele without surgery
Please help🙏

It does seem like your problem is due to uncorrected cystocele probably because of pelvic floor weakness due to which there was rectocele, cystocele and increased mobility of the vagina which you are trying to describe. There are certain devices like ring pessary which may be used for low grade prolapses in old individuals but are not so good to use in your case. It would be advisable to get it properly evaluated by an Urologist by a good physical examination and get the treatment done. Your case does not look like it can be managed without surgery
