Cystitis and prostatitis
I have urine burning, frequency, anal/rectum pain , and erectile dysfunction last 1 month . this all I suffer after e coli which is treated by antibiotics. I visited 3 Dr some told prostatitis, some told cystitis my PVR is 110cc and urine cs and rm is clear .currently on alfoo 10 mg and pentosen sulphate OD .last year I have same issue but treated by antibiotics niftran on 5 month but this time another dr are not in favor of antibiotics. I have some relief on burning but rest is same .perianal pain increases in night .
