Cystic Acne in face, clustered in cheeks
Persistent cystic acne (red,painful, no pus) in face coming 1/2 each day and leave permanent black marks. I have oily skin and normal food habits.Am diagnosed with polycysctic ovary a month back and have been under PCO Care (1 tab/day) and D Gain 6000U 1/wk. Dont want to take hormonal/isotretenoin medicines. Please tell me other alternatives.

If you don't take hormonal therapy that is oc pills, it will never cure. Pcod has only one treatment, oc pills. Pcos can also cause infertility. So it will help with that also. Along with this, acne treatment should also continue. Once pcos subsides, acne will also subside. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment advice
