Cyst under skin
I have multiple cyst on forearm and back. They look like bumps , I don't feel any pain in general but when pressing.

As per your history this problem is not of cysts or bumps.this is the problem of neuro derma. Consult a surgeon.

They could be Lipomas. Lipomas are small,harmless, fat containing lumps found anywhere on the body.
They are painless but they may increase in number.
Next Steps
There is no sure treatment yet, but if they are 1-2 can be removed by surgery.
