Cyst under index finger at joint.

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have got some sort of cyst solid liquid Under Finger at joint to palm, not visible from outside. It does hurt if you press. Sometime back it was dissolve after hard press to something. However it has grown again. What exactly is called or what medication to do or which Dr. I should to if require?
