Cyst problem in right ovary
I have been suffering from ovarian cyst which cause severe pain. When diagonosed the size of cyst is prominent and it was almost 2x3mm long.

It may subside on itself in due course of time .
It requires a good follow up to assess size fortnightly with ultrasonography.
For pain relief a good antispasmodic drug can be taken for 4-5 days
