Hi, I used to have a small tiny lump on the skin of my right testicle. Recently, couple of days back it was itchy and Today i see that it has grown bigger and harder, not sure what it is actually. Can someone help me and give some more information?

Any testicular swelling should not be neglected. But if the swelling is Over skin then it may be due to infection. Kindly consult at earliest as you need to be examined properly and investigated for your condition.
