Hi..my son was suffered from urine retention.
we did MCU test ..report is 100% normal but Doc suggeated for cycstoscopy..is it neccessory after clear report of mcu...and is it realy safe for 5 yr old kid

Urinary retention but with normal MCU will require further investigations about the reason for retention.
And about cystoscopy is procedure which usually can be safely performed in Pediatric age group .
