CVT/DVT During & Post Pregnancy. This!

Hello Dr. 7 years back my relative lady  had miscarriage at 22 week of pregnancy. After month later she had severe headache and vomiting (later seizures started) then she was admitted in the hospital & she  got recovered with the help of anti cogulation medicines (post discharge 1 month course) & that time doctor said that it could be due to pregnancy & abortion also  associated hormonal medicines (it was IUI treatment) within 2-3 months she was fully recovered & now she is very healthy no any problems related to nuero from last 7 years. Now after 7 years later she become pregnant through IVF treatment & she informed her Gynac about past history of DVT/CVT then Dr. Prescribed Enoxiparin inj. daily 60mg. they said they prescribed more dose in comparison to normal patients because of her past history of blood clotting. So far everything is going well no any problems. However can we get any suggestions &  advise from a neurologist who can help us be cautious about this Thank you 🙏
