Cuts on palm and feets

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Suddenly i am getting deep and many cuts on my feet and palms and nowhere else except these too parts,they are giving immense pain and not allowing to work or even a contact with water is painful.. i have atleast consulted 3 4 skin doctors till now still no use..please reply me back and help me
