Cuts and pain
I did some cuts on my thighs out of frustration. It's been painful but I did that in the past too. I'm not happy with things in life

I’m sorry you are going through some tough times. Making cuts like these can be helpful for a very very short time when one is struggling with unhelpful thoughts or emotions or both. However, this behaviour if not addressed, is likely to escalate. If it is a pattern you are starting to notice then this definitely needs further attention. Many mood and personality disorders can have self harming behaviour as a symptom. This it needs to be fully evaluated by a trained professional & to be able to suggest treatment options
