Cuticles detaching
Cuticles become dry and dark and detach from nails. Bleeding if it hits somewhere accidentally. Is it any deficiency? I get this problem occasionally.

hello there. yes brittle nails can be a sign of dietary deficiencies like calcium deficiency. but there are a lot of other things which can cause same problem. for that a physical examination is required. consult a dermatologist to arrive at a exact diagnosis. regards
