My daughter 2.9 months old , hit hard on our wooden cot corner ... It was bleeding for few mins and then controlled ... We applied neosporin ointment ... Does she need stitches?.. Will it be alright if we just continue with the ointment... Should I take her to hospital having this pandemic issue on one side .. plz advise any medicines and what should be done now. Picture is attached for reference... Whenever she turns to sleep on the wound Side , it bleeds a little ..

The cut wound seems little deep.
So it would be better to have stitches for proper healing of the injury and avoid further bleeding.
