What are the symptoms of corneal abrasion ...I do not experience any kind of pain or redness in eye..eyes are not watery..could it be a corneal abrasion?

If there is any pain watering redness and blurring of vision then it may be a corneal ulcer.
Please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
