Small pus filled boils on both legs sometimes painful. I clean with savlon regularly but it seems to reoccur often

Most of them are Staphylococcal infections. You need to take an antibiotic with anti inflammatory medicines and antibiotic local application after cleaning with savlon. Rule out Diabetes if they don't subside.
