Hi my cousin have vp stunt at head but from last few months he is having severe headache vomit time to time so we went to fortis noida for general check up they suggested for CT head .. please fine the attached report and suggest is this major or minor issue.. does this required any surgery or it will be okay with medication

With the symptoms you described, your cousin’s prior history and image findings (with no prior ct available to compare or prior history regarding need for VP shunt) appears to be major issue. Needs further evaluation and might need surgery
