CT Brain Scan result
Hi, My mom recently fell from scooter(30KMph) with a minor scracthes in her head, we took her to the hospital for first aid, doctors said everything is fine, but to be safer, suggested a Brain CT scan, I will post the impression here, please let me know if its something critical to look after, if yes, whom do I contact to keep her healthy,

A Well defined isodense lesion in sella region -? Pituitary adenoma.(Do they mean that it could be pituit..)
No Intracranial bleed or fracture.

I would advise you to meet a neurosurgeon so that your mother can be assessed and treated accordingly. There are certain findings in the CT brain which needs to be clinically correlated and a decision on the treatment has to be decided based on that.
