CSF leak from the nose also known as CSF rhinorrhoea needs to be seen by ENT specialist who has experience in endoscopic skull base surgery. Nowadays endoscopic nasal surgery is the standard first line treatment in most of the cases. Only in limited situations neurosurgeon may be needed
