CSF leak from temporary cranial pressure
I was practicing some spinning kick when I noticed a small (a drop) discharge from my nose. I took it for mucus and continued. Later I was browsing my phone on my bed when I got off and stood. A clear (slight tint of yellow) watery discharge spewed right out of my right nostril, which I now reckon is a CSF leak. Should I concerned? Can this be a one timer only cause of the increased cranial pressure from the practice?

Most probably in your case csf leak is due injury.  This is a potentiallydangerous condition that can lead to an infection of the CSF (meningitis) or of the brain itself (brain abscess).you should take immediate treatment for that.
