  4. Crying too much. Nano syrup. what to do?

My baby 5 weeks old .. doctor suggest me to give him arachitol nano syrup ..I m confused now 1 bottle at a time ....what to do? This is first baby of me

It's a vitamin D3 syrup. Single dose.. nothing harm in giving vit D3 syrup to the baby.
