Fever persisting for more than 2 weeks. Taken antiflu antibiotic also. Now the course got over again fever is above 100 while checking under the arm. Is this normal and how long to get cured completely?

This is definitely not normal. Your baby needs to be investigated thoroughly. CRP is a marker of inflammation and if it is raised, it suggests that there is some inflammatory process taking place, which could be an infection or something else.
