Hi it can be due to peripheral vascular pathologies of lower limbs,simple muscle cramps....needs evaluation consult good physician if they find vascular pathologies they will refer her to vascular surgeon

Hi, there are many reasons for crampy pain in legs: Electrolyte imbalance, Diabetic neuropathy,  peripheral vascular diseases, deep vein thrombosis etc..., Kindly consult surgeon for further evaluation...
