Cramps 72hrs+ started bleeding urethra

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Diagnosed with interstitial cystitis a while back. I finished my antibiotics for a uti 2 days ago. My fiancé and I had been having sex 1-2 times about everyday for a little over a week. 3 days ago we had rough sex. Then 20min later. My cramping started it would come and go. I had slight nausea. Well at the end of the day it turned to a constant pain and had been like this ever since. Last night I started bleeding light brown. I think from urethra. I take birth control and diet pills.
